The January warnings moving closure to reality.

I said on January 14th in an article titled "Is a market collapse or correction on the cards", after studying the historical market data available, specifically, using the FX market and S & P 500 historical data, going back to 1983. After looking at the data in detail, there were some worrying trends and points of reference in the data. If you look at that January report -and the graphs within this post, you will see confirmation of my evaluation of the data back in January.

I warned the market may, after the extraordinary period of gains from March 2009, finally peak-out in late March of 2010 -and then, drop about 15 points or more, which as the graph shows, took place from the 26th April to 25th May, some three to four weeks later than predicted, the market's did peak and then fall. Then, I stated the market would then move sideways. The first three months as warned, have now past -and, we are about to enter the second stage as stated in my January report -and shown by the Lime Green line on the graph. This sideways motion, as stated, has continued for no more than three to six months historically. Then followed by a breakout. I believe, will be a major market correction, namely, a Short market move or fall.

The next three months are going to be dangerous in my opinion. So try not to be on the wrong side of the trade (and be cautious of pensions and investment stocks). Also, whilst what I am about to say is in contradiction too normal trading practices, which is, to 'not' follow ( or be cautious) of, the market trend in one's trading strategy. The opposite strategy, is, in my opinion the prudent position, for this period ahead.

This second graph moves out to a weekly chart to show a time line over a greater period, exposing too the reader, some of the areas of support and resistance and information, which I feel, express the dangers that lie ahead. If you study the graph you will see my S & P trade -and, the stop, entry and limit I have set as part of that trade. If I had the funds, I would add two more trades, the USD/CHF and USoil. The first I would trade Short and the second I would also trade Short initially and then, after its support point and full turn has been reached, go Long. The stop strategic point will be very difficult to find -as well as position, as the market has been very volatile since 2009. I am concerned that illegal, H.F.T is taking place -and, may be promoting sharp spikes, which are triggering trader's stop-loses. Therefore, those traders with small accounts are forced to limit their trades in an attempt to ensure they do not have a Call on the account, whilst risking steep stop loses, in an attempt to avoid market spikes promoted by H.F.Ts.

Video expressing systemic dangers

Also, this video by a house member Michelle Bachmann is an example of the systemic issues in the US and elsewhere. As governments and court clique take over the so called free market capitalism. This behavior exposes the threats to the quasi state/private merging cartels in the capitalist system business and finance. The proliferation of this conjunction concerns free marketeers in the FX market and the manipulation that continues to threaten the future of numerous international markets.

We Now Have A Total Gangster Government

Finally, for those out there that feel these points are unfounded, this video may support some of the concerns, which are held by some citizens out there, as to where the future may be leading -and, the possibility that manipulation of more than finance markets are taking place .

What should I do now, in this Bank Crisis? The qestion of survival.

Assuming the system survives. The Banks will do all they can to bring their system back to life now. With the unlimited promise of resources as well as support from Governments and their quasi blank cheque for all Central and Federal banks to feed the system of Banking. It will be those banks the Central banks' choose who will survive, as well as those who will be let go; as the natural order of the weakest will fall first.

• As for the ordinary bank customer, they must choose to store their money with those protected locally by government promises and by what level of protection those banks have. Those guarantees for bank deposits are where saver’s limited funds need to be in the short term, in this limited environment of options at the moment . Spreading the pot can also be prudent as well as politically correct, as limits on protection across the group may exist.

• With the system in relative melt down, the next move is going to be difficult to assess under the present conditions. Over the near future, turning stagnant money resources into the right Commodities, will, at least, store the present value of savings, as the value of money goes down as inflation rises. A real object as apposed to Shares, which were part of the existing pack of cards, are not the best place for those private resources, what ever the Broker tells you, it’s their duty to hold up the market. There is plenty of information on this Site and some ideas to help you formulate an understanding and make an informed decision.

• Planning for a frugal period ahead would be a wise move. Whilst the system relies on debt for survival, Banks will be frugal for some time, particularly in recessional markets. They will try to avoid going through another convulsion as we have seen. Those in debt, will see Governments try to hold the stress between Debtors and Lenders as we will see in the coming times ahead.

• Start reading books on Frugal living techniques, these will support you in preparing you for eventualities that may arise. A small investment, in a small number of books is advisable, these will cover many of the important areas of life: Food Production, Cooking Skills, and Practical Skills as well as Bartering Techniques. Many of these skills have been lost in the modern world.

• Consider making use of garden space for growing. Not only will it bring pleasure and a new love in simplicity there will also be the resource gains.

These points are not covered for any other reason than to improve your knowledge in areas that would be extremely important during some situations that are already upon us and others that may follow. The worst that could come from having these skills is that they may not be use regularly. The best outcome from this experience will be the readiness for life, your survival in hard times and a greater understanding of what life is.

The Banking Crisis. The system explained

The videos listed are an attempt to put some useful information around what has developed into a multi continental shift in the Banking and International Finance and Stock Markets. I will attempt to bring together more information about the situation and the player's involved, directly and indirectly. These videos will support the background knowledge needed to look more closely at the present position and future options.

As the time moves closer to the Vote and Congress feel their responsibility of making the choice between supporting the Executive and the Banking and Stock Market’s world, what are the influencing pressures will be their present thoughts? On the one hand the Establishment on the other the Voters or Tax Payers. The timing of the Banking collapse could not have a more threatening influence than it has at present. The Election and the political arena’s elections are producing a situation unique to the influencing power that exists. What will be the outcome?

Congress will have to choose between the wrath of the establishment: the Executive and the Bilderbergs, the Tri Lateral Commission, Council of foreign Relations and Federal Reserve Et.al. As well as the opposite power of the system, The Demokratia (Rule by the people) - Democracy. The situation will bring about a storm of Tsunami proportions which ever way it goes.

Now, is not the time to be in Politics at an elected level. If the question was ask, which way will it go? The outcome will expose the true power in Democracy in the 21st Century. I don’t wish to make a personal prediction, as my personal view is irrelevant and in an attempt to be as pragmatic as possible, in an impossible ideal, I will refrain from publishing my opinion directly.

The outcome will obviously leave victims, which ever way it goes and the cost as we all know, will be enormous. It’s a matter of perspective, as to where you wish to concentrate your eye –either, on the short or long term good, it’s your choice!

There have been times, when in the past my perspective or logic has told me, the prognosis is fatal and at others, positive -and at both times I’ve been wrong. Maybe its been my lack of logic and at others, my ignorance on the subject. On this occasion I’m confident of this. We are on the precipice of change, but, this will take on a Tsunami character in its short or long term outcome.

I wish to leave readers with not so much my view, as a forum, from which to get answers to make a valued assumption of their own. I worry for the short term situation the system is experiencing. I leave a single personal belief which is: “He, who does not know the past, can not understand the present, so can not control the future”.
