The Future and future options. It needs a change of [Y]iew first.

For those looking for a excellent overview of the system and the crises which now cover the Western World. These videos by Zeitgeist will give an individual an excellent overview of the: Monetary System its Character and Objective. In addition, there is a study by The Venus Project, which give scientific alternatives and options to our present system. There are very few organizations who are able to articulate a complete or comprehensive approach, to a new way of both understanding and delivering a way forward for nations around the world today.

If there were ever a moment when One should stop, look and listen, now is such a moment. We must all now see, to varying degrees, the lies and fraud in the current system. The pain and suffering which the majority have to endure so that a minority can enjoy their standard of living. Also, we have all played our part in supporting the continuation of the treatment we are now experiencing and are continuing to support, by our apathy and temporary feeling of gain. We now need to look, not only at our interests, but beyond our own interest, if only to look at our families and friends who are effected by the growing crises, at the very least, as a starting point -and to start understanding the System's activities.

Treat yourself to a moment of education, on the subject of how you are kept too busy, to see or analyze, as we run our busy lives to their end. Living without enough time to realize, why? And where it has all gone.

National Priorities Project in honor of our 25th anniversary

Here is a video about the National Priorities Project company who have followed the US government's policies and expenditure programmes since 1984. Highlight the costs of these activities on the US's regional development costs due to US Federal policies.

Real News needs support, balancing the flow of information, giving real coverage to the story swept over. I dedicate a Page to this specific story's background, and here it is.

What are banks doing with the bail out money?

I stated back in October 2008 what I thought would happen with the TARP money given to the banks. Also, where their future interests would reside, in their search for profit and investment opportunities, away from depressed and recessionary environments. Well, here's an example of the activities I have been expecting. We can expect a lot more of this in the future and we need to prepare for the effects of this type of behavior from the Banks. Not just in the US but around the world, this is the very nature of the companies called banks.

Governments and the Fed as well as the Bankers

I have added this video to this post, because of its relevance to the post. For those who prefer a quick overview, the investment of 28 minutes will give you a broad view. Its content has similar examples of the Government and Banking relationship covered in another post and the story behind Eliot Spitzer.

Special Drawing Rights

Special Drawing Rights - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Definition

SDRs are defined in terms of a basket of major currencies used in international trade and finance. At present, the currencies in the basket are the euro, the pound sterling, the Japanese yen and the United States dollar. Before the introduction of the euro in 1999, the Deutsche mark and the French franc were included in the basket. The amounts of each currency making up one SDR are chosen in accordance with the relative importance of the currency in international trade and finance. The determination of the currencies in the SDR basket and their amounts is made by the IMF Executive Board every five years.

The exact amounts of each currency in the basket, and their approximate relative contributions to the value of an SDR, in the past were and currently are:

SDRs are used as a unit of account by the IMF and several other international organizations. A few countries peg their currencies against SDRs, and it is also used to denominate some private international financial instruments. For example, the Warsaw convention, which regulates liability for international carriage of persons, luggage or goods by air uses SDRs to value the maximum liability of the carrier.

In Europe, the Euro is displacing the SDR as a basis to set values of various currencies, including Latvian lats. This is a result of the ERM II convergence criteria which now apply to states entering the European Union.

SDRs basically were created to replace gold in large international transactions. Being that under a strict (international) gold standard, the quantity of gold worldwide is relatively fixed, and the economies of all participating IMF members as an aggregate are growing, a perceived need arose to increase the supply of the basic unit or standard proportionately. Thus SDRs, or "paper gold", are credits that nations with balance of trade surpluses can 'draw' upon nations with balance of trade deficits.

So-called "paper gold" is little more than an accounting transaction within a ledger of accounts, which eliminates the logistical and security problems of shipping gold back and forth across borders to settle national accounts.

Joseph Stiglitz has argued that usage by central banks of SDRs as foreign exchange reserve could be viewed as the prelude to the creation of a single world currency.[2] It has also been suggested that having holders of US dollars convert those dollars into SDRs would allow diversification away from the dollar without accelerating the decline of the value of the dollar.[3][4]

SDRs are the basis for the international fees of the Universal Postal Union, responsible for the world-wide postal system. As a spinoff from the postal services, SDRs are also used to transfer roaming charge files between international mobile telecoms operators and charges for some radio communications.[citation needed]

SDRs limit carrier liability on international flights (see Montreal Convention, Warsaw Convention), as well as ship owner liability for cargo damages and oil pollution.

The value of one SDR in terms of United States dollars is determined daily by the IMF, based on the exchange rates of the currencies making up the basket, as quoted at noon at the London market. (If the London market is closed, New York market rates are used; if both markets are closed, European Central Bank reference rates are used.)

The latest value of the SDR in terms of the US dollar is available from the IMF, updated daily.

Federal Reserve causing Wall Street Crash to steal our wealth

The reason why there are no answers today the 6th October 2008, as to the question, has the bail out begun in depository terms? Has the money begun to enter the system and if not when? The straight answer is no to both questions! And why? The Federal Reserves' printer haven't printed it yet and so it doesn't exist. Which when it reaches the ordinary people it will be, as an inflationary object, as it further dilutes the existing monetary value of the Dollar.

When are those in power going to stop fanning the fire with the fuel of valueless paper. Under the Fractional System this paper has the right to multiply a credit debt of nine times the deposit and in reality, ninety nines times, over time, in the electronic borrowing system which still exists. Also, as its finishes its rotation around the system it comes out the other end as inflation. Is there a strong a group of Platonic Philosopher Kings out there, capable of doing what is right and stop fanning the fire.

What is happening to the Banks and Stocks

For those who wish to get a crash course on the Banking System, the Crisis, Stocks and the Global Crisis and its effects on the global economy, I have brought together that information with links to further information. An explanation of the present system of banking: the Fractional Banking System. For those who need to understand the present banking crisis, these videos are the simplest way of qualifying the complex issues in the Banking System the Crisis and the Global Market.

Whilst I have put the videos into sections, in subject terms, I haven't calculated the total time needed to watch all of the videos. I would think between an hour and a half and two hours will cover the sections i.e. Banking, the Crisis and Stocks the Global Economy.

The time invested may cover part of what might be involved in university degree's syllabus on the subject, when including the surrounding and affected players. So, for those in Economics as well as those with losses: Finance, Pensions and property (legally project asset), who are trying to protect their interests. As well as those needing a plan a future strategy, its not a huge investment for a real lessen on a subject; which is and 'will' affect us all, as time moves forward from the this date and those already affected.

I've tried to put something of practical use in to the debate, for those looking for 'an' answer, whilst not professing to have 'the' answer. The short and long term outlook is going to be difficult for many Western Liberal Democracies and others engrossed in this financial system; we are looking at a time when an absolute requirement for charge of the Fractional Banking System is upon us.

The Banking Crisis. The system explained

The videos listed are an attempt to put some useful information around what has developed into a multi continental shift in the Banking and International Finance and Stock Markets. I will attempt to bring together more information about the situation and the player's involved, directly and indirectly. These videos will support the background knowledge needed to look more closely at the present position and future options.

As the time moves closer to the Vote and Congress feel their responsibility of making the choice between supporting the Executive and the Banking and Stock Market’s world, what are the influencing pressures will be their present thoughts? On the one hand the Establishment on the other the Voters or Tax Payers. The timing of the Banking collapse could not have a more threatening influence than it has at present. The Election and the political arena’s elections are producing a situation unique to the influencing power that exists. What will be the outcome?

Congress will have to choose between the wrath of the establishment: the Executive and the Bilderbergs, the Tri Lateral Commission, Council of foreign Relations and Federal Reserve Et.al. As well as the opposite power of the system, The Demokratia (Rule by the people) - Democracy. The situation will bring about a storm of Tsunami proportions which ever way it goes.

Now, is not the time to be in Politics at an elected level. If the question was ask, which way will it go? The outcome will expose the true power in Democracy in the 21st Century. I don’t wish to make a personal prediction, as my personal view is irrelevant and in an attempt to be as pragmatic as possible, in an impossible ideal, I will refrain from publishing my opinion directly.

The outcome will obviously leave victims, which ever way it goes and the cost as we all know, will be enormous. It’s a matter of perspective, as to where you wish to concentrate your eye –either, on the short or long term good, it’s your choice!

There have been times, when in the past my perspective or logic has told me, the prognosis is fatal and at others, positive -and at both times I’ve been wrong. Maybe its been my lack of logic and at others, my ignorance on the subject. On this occasion I’m confident of this. We are on the precipice of change, but, this will take on a Tsunami character in its short or long term outcome.

I wish to leave readers with not so much my view, as a forum, from which to get answers to make a valued assumption of their own. I worry for the short term situation the system is experiencing. I leave a single personal belief which is: “He, who does not know the past, can not understand the present, so can not control the future”.
